The following rules apply to the online auction – Only on Facebook:
- Bidding Runs from December 16, 2023 through 5pm (PST) December 22, 2023.
- Please note you can follow posts by clicking the dots in the top corner of the post and select “Turn On Notifications.” You do not need to comment to turn on notifications.
- All bids must be put on the original post for each item that is in the auction group, any bids on other posts will not count or be considered – only bids on the original post will count.
- Please bid in even dollar increments.
- Please read all bids/comments on an item. The winning bidder will be the bidder with the highest bid, not necessarily the final bid. Make sure you are bidding higher than all other bids.
- If you have questions regarding items or bids being placed please message our page to get an answer.
- Auctions will have a soft close. This means that if an auction has activity within 5 minutes of the closing time that auction will remain open for 5 minutes from last bid, if bidding continues the end time keeps getting bumped by 5 minutes. (ex. A bid is made at 4:58 the close time is now 5:03 for this item, if nobody bids. If another bid comes in at 5:01 that bumps the close time to 5:06, this continues until there is no activity for 5 minutes)
- NO item will be shipped or delivered before it is paid for. If you want your item quickly please make payment quickly!
- Items that are NOT paid for within 10 days of the auction will be offered/sold to the backup bidder or carried over for future fundraisers and/or events.
