Riding 4 a Reason is a non-profit, charitable organization focused on assisting families who have been negatively affected by a major illness.
Services provided to our families include financial assistance, referral to other organizations or agencies that provide aid that is more specialized to the needs of the family (in certain circumstances), household help to accomplish things that may be difficult due to the situation, such as cooking, cleaning, yard work, etc.
The way in which Riding 4 a Reason selects families in need to assist is a nomination/drawing method. If you know of a family that is battling a major illness, please attend an upcoming event and complete a nomination form. All nominations are entered into a drawing to be the next family to receive an event hosted by Riding 4 a Reason.
Riding for a Reason is not affiliated with any political organization or any other group. It is a cooperative group of volunteers with the common goal of helping families. Because we do not pay for political representation, research, etc. – your tax-deductible donation will stay within the organization and be used to help a family in need.
